Our diverse offerings ensure there’s something for everyone, and we constantly innovate to keep our flavors exciting. We also offer catering, bringing our unique creations straight to your event for a one-of-a-kind food experience your guests won’t forget.

Jason’s path has taken him from running his own food truck, The Grit Shack, to leading kitchens for Snooze before returning home to Kansas. Trained under a true French baker and seasoned in some of Southern California’s top restaurants, Jason blends world-class technique with a fearless, flavor-driven approach that defines Ghost Kitchen KC.
